- Examination Grades (Grading System) -
You may refer to the extract from the Student Handbook below for the examinations grades:
- Appeal Process for Failed Modules -
You may only appeal (charges apply) if you have failed a module i.e. F grade. If you have at least a D-, you may not appeal as you would have passed the module.
All appeals must be lodged within 4 working days from the release date of the examinations results. Appeals made after the deadline will not be entertained. Only one appeal can be lodged and no re-appeals are permitted.
You may refer to this link to download and complete the Appeal Form. A non-refundable fee of S$26.75 (inclusive of GST) will be charged for each failed module appealed. Students are to settle all outstanding bills with SP prior to submission of this form.
Appeal application is subject to the approval by SP. SP’s decision is final and no reason will be given. Students will be notified of the outcome of your appeal via email within 10 working days after the submission date of this form.
Please note that only ONE such appeal can be lodged. No re-appeals are permitted. No appeals will be accepted for re-grading of any module in which a student has passed.
You must also email to firstname.lastname@example.org on whether you would like to continue with your programme/course, and take the opportunity to enquire on other administrative concerns which you may have.
The above information is accurate as at 18 Sept 2018.
