For application to replace a damaged or lost licence (PPCDL) which was originally issued by the Singapore Maritime Port Authority (MPA), you may wish to follow through with the following procedures extracted from MPA's GUIDE TO APPLICATION / RENEWAL OF POWERED PLEASURE CRAFT DRIVING LICENCE
SECTION 4 - REPLACEMENT OF LICENCE
4.1 For replacement of licence, please submit the following by post (normal mail) to MPA’s OSDC:
1. a) A Police Report or a Statutory Declaration, if the PPCDL is lost. An online police report can be made at Singapore Police Force website at www.spf.gov.sg.
b) Identity Card (for Singapore citizens and permanent residents) and Passport (for foreigners). Please send a photocopy when applying by post;
c) 1 recent passport-sized photographs;
d) Payment of a $10.00 replacement fee. (Please issue a crossed cheque payable to MPA). Do not send cash when applying by post.
4.2 Upon receiving the above, OSDC will process the PPCDL. The process is expected to take about 2 weeks. The new PPCDL will be mailed to the applicant’s local residential address registered with the MPA.
